What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service even with a late-night meal. Breakfast was delightful, especially the omelets prepared just for us!

The location felt a bit sketchy, with surrounding buildings having barbed wire fences. It was challenging to find safe places to explore nearby.

Enjoyed the outdoor pool area, and don't miss the delicious homemade ice cream available at the restaurant, which is a delightful treat after a long day.

uugh. honestly, i almost wanted to give this place a good review, but the loud, noisy bathroom fan nearly ruined my stay. The short shower curtain that left water everywhere was just so tacky. i woudl habe expected a complimentary welcome drink or something as compensation for such inconveniences but alas, i guess that’s too much to ask for! !

The staff were super friendly and made everything so easy for us! We loved the cozy atmosphere and the clean, comfy room. Dinner at the restaurant was tasty too—no complaints there! Just wish the early morning cab rides could’ve been a bit smoother since the area felt a little sketchy. Overall, a nice spot for a getaway.

The strong shower pressure creates a mini swimming pool in the bathroom!!! The location feels somewhat isolated, making it hard to explore without a car.

lol-ha hotel boutique is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport. I loved the tasty food at the onsite restaurant, and the friendly staff made us feel super welcome. Our room was very clean and comfortable, making the stay enjoyable. Plus, we could relax and watch netflix in the evening, which was a nice touch!

During my stay at Lol-Ha Hotel Boutique, I appreciated the cleanliness and well-maintained garden view of my Twin Room. However, the hotel's remote location makes it difficult to find nearby attractions or easy taxi access, limiting activity options outside the property.

It was just a commendable fit for a city trip in Cancun with high value for money. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and how friendly the staff were during my stay. Make sure to try the homemade ice cream at the restaurant—it’s a nice treat after a hot day.
